The extension uploads invoices, credit memos, prepayments, delivery notes, and rejected documents directly from Document Capture to SharePoint, always with the correct metadata and assigned to the right SharePoint content type. When documents are registered, rejected, or processed, the system automatically stores them in SharePoint and links them to the corresponding Business Central records.
Additional features boost process efficiency: synchronized supporting documents, email receipt date transfer into Business Central, retroactive archiving via background jobs, automatic linking between purchase orders and invoices, and intelligent delivery note processing based on detected order numbers. All features can be configured per Document Capture document category and run reliably in the background.
